·         You can return within 48 hours of the product being delivered.

·         Accessories, bags, blouses and footwear are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

·         Saree with stitched blouses are also non-returnable.

·         Customized & personalized products are non-returnable.

·         For all other products please refer to the product page for specific return terms.

·         Products must be in original condition and include all labels & tags intact.

·         Petticoat charges are non refundable.

·         Returns should only be for items that are damaged/defective or are entirely different than to the one which is shown online.

·         Returns are subject to approvals.

·         For customers within India, all prices specified on the website are inclusive of GST.

When will I get my refund?

·         You will get your refund in 7 to 10 days.

Please Note: Once the product has been picked up, it takes 5-7 working days for the product to reach our warehouse which then goes under Quality Check to ensure it is in original condition with all labels & tags intact. As soon as this process is completed, the refund will be initiated in your account within 48 hours.
